I'm obsessed with Tengoku e Ikou by Kikuo (lets go to heaven). Its supposedly about a double suicide. The music video for it is so cute - the art style reminds me of a childrens book. I love the bright message is brings with such a dark topic, but i really like it. The instruments in it sound like a circus. I imagine myself like a manic ring leader, in a very tweened animation. i don't know what instrument it is but it sounds like stars.
I got it from tiktok because someone used it in an edit of ENA: Dream BBQ. To be honest, i think Kikuo's music x ENA goes incredibly hard. They suit eachother well.
it's that time of year again where i begin to obsess over cherry blossoms and how lightly coloured the green is on the grass - i love spring. I love all the seasons to be honest. Anyway, we have an apple tree in our back garden entangled with a wisteria tree, so i can't wait to see them bloom again.
it's race week too, they're in Japan, which is very fitting since it's nearly the cherry blossom season over there. Tsunoda got moved to the RB team too, so he'll be big in japan this weekend.
I was playing Project Sekai aswell, and i'm really beginnign to like Forward, the song from R sound team? VBS (Vivid BAD Squad) performs it. Its really nice for the spring season too.
Soooo... lots has happened since, huh O_O
uh anyway, im obsessed with the late 2000s again, or maybe the decade as a whole. Take it from a babe born in 07, i wish i was a teen so bad. yall can say this and that, but the GAMES and the MUSIC and the FASHION and the INTERNET and AAAAHHH!!! Its just so much more EXCITING than this day and age. Its so gloomy and depressing and hopeless in the 2020s my gawd (;-;)
Like, it is nostalgic for me because i got to experience it fizzling out in the early 2010s but i wish i was what i am now back then. I'd die for it, i'd kill. Please, maybe in another life?
its why i even made this webpage in the first place!! i hate how you can barely customise anything on your social media profile nowadays, but with THIS??? you can do ANYTHING. its mental !!
anyway i have a theory that all the Good Shit came out in like, the years 2000, '03 and '07. maybe '06 and '08 but i like to call that period (06-09) the Dark 2000s cus of the huge ass influence of "Dark Y2K" and whatnot, you know what i mean
im gonna go make some branch on this page dedicated to the 2000s. if you wanna know what inspired me to do alla this, go listen to Smile by Lily Allen on whatever you use to listen to tunes :D
